Paul Arnold Green | Artist Portfolio | ArtWanted.com.
For many years I worked as a professional artist for various publishers in England. For those interested you can view samples of my work on my site at ArtWanted.com. My Chief Red Cloud illustration was published in the Alias Smith and Jones Annual 1977. I was working in the World Distributors studio in Manchester at the time.

Wow, Paul, you’re so talented! How blessed you are…. Very much enjoyed these. Thank you, V.
Thanks for your kind words V.
Those illustrations are amazing Paul. I especially like Chief Red Cloud. The images are so realistic. What materials did you use? I hope you still find time to draw from time to time since you have so much talent for it!
Thanks moonface. I used ink and wash (watered down ink that you apply until you slowly achieve the photo-realism effect) for the Red Cloud illustration. Acrylics for the color illustrations.
By the way the Indian Ink (as you call it) is waterproof when dry so you have to work fast to achieve the desired tone. But it’s a slow process overall due to the hours spent achieving the desired effect.
Very impressive artwork! I think you missed your vocation!
I worked as a professional artist from 1974 to 2000 Elizabeth. I just wanted a change of pace. The computer was making it much harder to find a market for traditional hand crafted artwork and computer graphics was more technical than artistic for me. So I can’t say I missed my vocation because without anyone to buy your work you can’t survive. But thanks for the compliment.
